Ashley Sanchez is a professional Ballroom dancer, instructor and choreographer. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida and has studied and trained in multiple styles of dance ranging from ballet to flamenco. Some of her results as a professional have included winning and placing in the finals of the nations most prestigious competitions. She is the 2016 National Mambo champion and the U.S and World Rising Star American Rhythm Vice-Champion. Aside from being a competitive dancer and teacher, Ashley has also appeared on numerous TV shows such as FOX hit show “So You Think You Can Dance” where she was in the Top 10 and is also a lead professional dancer and choreographer on Univision’s Latin version of Dancing with the Stars called “Mira Quien Baila”. She has also worked with major Latin artists such as Pitbul, Elvis Crespo, Sebastian Yatra, and more. She has over 10 years of teaching experience and dedicates herself to inspiring and educating the youth by teaching at multiple top national dance conventions across the country aside from being an exceptional female teacher and coach to all DNA dancesport social & competitive students.
